To Our Valued Patients and Family Members:

Beginning January 16, 2012, our laboratory will be operated by Adventist Lab Partners in affiliation with Hinsdale Hospital.  We are excited about this opportunity to join with Adventist Lab Partners at our Hinsdale and Bolingbrook locations. There will be a few new faces in the lab, in addition to our existing staff with whom you are familiar.  The level of care and quality of testing will remain at the same high level.

We anticipate a seamless transition in the laboratory services and patient care.  However, your lab services will be billed to insurance by the Adventist Lab Partners, not by Quest Diagnostics or Hinsdale Hematology Oncology Associates.
